What We Do

There are 369 Rural Schools is Sarawak that are using expensive diesel generators. These Generators are not only harmful to the environment, but are costly to maintain. Supply of the diesel itself is priced highly due to the remoteness of the schools. However, the Ministry of Education (Malaysia), has started a program to replace these 369 schools generators to a clean, renewable solar energy solution.

QEOS, together with its Contract Holder, JEPAK Holdings Sdn Bhd is now spearheading the project. We want Malaysia to know of our milestone achievements, our setbacks, and our victories for every school, as we continue our mission, to complete the project. Rural students are not just numbers or statistics. Let us not forget who they are and why they are still there.

This website is to provide a clear and transparent, in-depth view, to the progress of this project. Feel free to explore and track all of the 369 rural schools in Sarawak in this interactive website.
